Terms of Service

About Bankability
Bankability is a software platform and related advisory service for assessing the financial readiness of companies and the risk profile of their business counterparties.
Bankability is provided by:
By accessing or using Bankability, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The service
Bankability may include the following modules:
- Bankability Check — a first-level report based on public company data;
- Bankability Plus — enriched analysis based on uploaded internal files and trial balance data;
- Partner Bankability — risk insight on customers, suppliers and business partners;
- Bankability Score — a single readiness score;
- CFO Room — a premium advisory layer where senior advisors review analyses and support bank, board and investor conversations.
The exact functionality available to a given user depends on the subscription plan, configuration and commercial agreement.
Eligibility — business users only
Bankability is intended exclusively for business users acting on behalf of a legal entity or as a registered entrepreneur. The platform is not designed for, and must not be used by, consumers acting outside their trade, business or profession.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- keeping login credentials secure;
- providing accurate account information;
- not sharing access with unauthorized persons;
- notifying us of suspected unauthorized access;
- all activity performed through their account, unless caused by our fault or a platform security failure.
Client responsibility
The client organization is responsible for:
- deciding who is authorized to access the platform on its behalf;
- the accuracy and lawfulness of any documents and data it uploads;
- having a lawful basis to share counterparty information (including buyer and supplier data) with us for processing;
- verifying that retrieved public-registry data and platform-produced reports are appropriate for its intended decisions;
- complying with applicable accounting, tax and data-protection rules.
Not financial, credit, audit or investment advice
Bankability provides software-based analysis and, through the CFO Room, advisory commentary.
Bankability is not a bank, a regulated credit institution, a credit rating agency, an audit firm, an investment adviser or a tax adviser. Outputs of the platform — including Bankability Check, Plus, Partner and Score — are analytical estimates, not credit decisions or regulated ratings. Lending, credit, investment, audit and tax decisions remain with the responsible banks, regulators, auditors and professional advisors.
Unless separately agreed in writing, CFO Room commentary is advisory in nature and does not constitute regulated financial, legal or audit advice.
Public registry lookups
Bankability can retrieve publicly available company information from external registries such as APR (Agencija za privredne registre) and NBS (Narodna banka Srbije) on the user's request.
By triggering such a lookup, the user confirms it has a legitimate interest in retrieving information about the target company and that the lookup is consistent with applicable law and registry terms of use.
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or current validity of publicly retrieved data; the source registries remain the authoritative source.
Internal data uploads and AI parsing
The platform parses uploaded financial documents using a combination of deterministic logic and AI models. Parsing outputs are validated against accounting invariants such as debit/credit balancing and Top-10 reconciliation.
Despite these safeguards, AI-assisted parsing may produce errors, particularly on unfamiliar formats. The client is responsible for reviewing parsed results before relying on them for material decisions and should treat platform outputs as analytical support, not as a substitute for professional review.
Partner Bankability and third-party data
When the client uses Partner Bankability to assess third-party companies, the client confirms that such assessment is consistent with applicable law and with any obligations it has toward the assessed party.
User content
Users and clients may upload, create or share content through the platform, including documents, messages, support correspondence, and analytical inputs.
The user or client remains responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of such content. By using the platform, the user or client grants Miura DOO Beograd the right to host, process, transmit and display such content only as necessary to provide, secure and support the Bankability service, including AI-assisted parsing as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Users must not:
- use the platform for unlawful purposes;
- upload unlawful, harmful, misleading or unauthorized content;
- access or attempt to access data without authorization;
- interfere with platform security, performance or availability;
- reverse engineer, copy or misuse the software;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- use the platform in a way that violates the rights of others;
- use another person's account without permission;
- use the platform or its outputs to publish unauthorized credit ratings or to circumvent regulated financial services.
Fees and payment
Fees, subscription plans, billing periods, payment terms, taxes, cancellation rules and any implementation or advisory fees are defined in the applicable order form, subscription plan, invoice or commercial agreement.
If no separate agreement exists, access to paid services may be suspended or terminated in case of non-payment.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Bankability secure, reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.
We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where necessary for security, maintenance, legal, technical or business reasons.
Third-party services
Bankability relies on third-party services including hosting (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), AI inference (Lovable AI Gateway / Google Gemini), headless browsing for APR retrieval (Steel.dev), email providers and, where enabled, payment providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we aim to use reliable providers appropriate for the service.
Intellectual property
Bankability, including its software, models, scoring methodology, design, documentation, branding and platform structure, is owned by Miura DOO Beograd or its licensors.
Users and clients receive only the right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms and the applicable agreement. Reports and outputs generated for a client may be used by that client for its own internal business purposes; redistribution to third parties as a standalone product or as a credit-rating substitute is not permitted without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public information uploaded by a client, and CFO Room engagement materials, as confidential and use them only to provide the service, comply with law and as otherwise permitted under the Privacy Policy and applicable agreement.
Warranties disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bankability is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy of outputs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Miura DOO Beograd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, reputational harm or credit decisions made by third parties based on platform outputs.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is agreed in writing.
Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Miura DOO Beograd against claims arising from (i) unlawful upload or use of third-party data through the platform, (ii) use of platform outputs in violation of these Terms, or (iii) breach of applicable law by the client or its users.
Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use Bankability. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement or discontinuation of the service.
Upon termination, access to the platform ends. Retention and deletion of data are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any applicable client agreement.
Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where Miura DOO Beograd processes personal data on behalf of a client, processing may also be governed by a Data Processing Agreement or other written agreement.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
